Vista - Unable to Access

Unable to Access GFC Trading Platform

Issue: I cannot login to the GFC Trading Platform using Windows Vista. When I try, I receive the following error message: Access Denied

Reason: By default, Windows Vista requires you to give it permission to run the GFC Trading Platform.

Solution:

On your desktop, Right Click on the GFC Trading Platform and choose Run as administrator.

The Permission window will pup-up:

Choose Allow.
